What data do we process?

For the purposes set out in the following section, Grupo EULEN may process, depending on the service provided to users, the following personal data:

  • Identification and contact information of users (for example, first and last name, email address, postal address, telephone number, IP address, traffic data, location, etc.).
  • Personal characteristics of users (for example, date of birth, age, etc.).
  • Academic or professional data and/or employment details (for example, data contained in their resume and cover letters, job title, duties performed, suitability of their application for the job offer, etc.).

How long will we retain your data?

Your data will be retained for the minimum period necessary to properly provide the service offered or for any of the purposes stated above, as well as to meet any responsibilities that may arise from it and any other legal requirements (non-contractual, contractual, tax, accounting, etc.).

For the purpose of sending communications, we will process your data until you revoke the consent granted.

Data relating to your CV will be retained until two years have elapsed since your data was last updated or the last contact between you and our company.

To whom will your data be disclosed?

Your data may be disclosed to companies belonging to the EULEN Group (www.eulen.com) for internal administrative management based on legitimate interest.

Additionally, we inform you that certain data, within the framework of current regulations or the contractual relationship you maintain with the Eulen Group, may be disclosed to:

Competent judicial and administrative authorities and communications required or expressly provided for in applicable regulations.
State security forces and bodies pursuant to the provisions of the law.
Banks and financial institutions for payment of fees for services provided.
Public or private entities, when the service implicitly involves the communication of data for the execution of the contract or for the stated purpose. Furthermore, your personal data may be accessed by Eulen Group’s data processors, that is, service providers who must access your personal data to perform their duties in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of the GDPR.
