Visitor Services and Facilities Management
The Public Agency for the Management of the Birthplace of Pablo Ruiz Picasso and other museum and cultural facilities in Málaga is a public body under the Málaga City Council. It oversees the management of three of the city’s most important museums: the Picasso Birthplace Museum, the Centre Pompidou, and the Russian Museum Collection from St. Petersburg.
EULEN Art has been providing visitor management and facilities services at these three museums, which have been under the Agency’s remit since 1917. These services include ticket sales (e-ticketing and physical ticket office), welcoming, receiving and assisting visitors, audio guide services, security and information services, liaison with tour operators, coordination and management of visitor numbers, equipment and exhibition spaces, the drafting and preparation of manuals and protocols for information management, and coordination with other municipal Culture and Tourism services under the Agency’s remit.
To deliver these services, EULEN Art has a team of 85 professionals with backgrounds in Art History, Fine Arts, Humanities, and/or Tourism. The team is composed of a Service Manager, four Coordinators, one Control Officer, one Mediation Officer, and 78 Visitor Assistants.
