Visitor Services and Facilities Management
The Public Agency for the Management of the Birthplace of Pablo Ruiz Picasso and other museum and cultural facilities in Málaga is a public body under the Málaga City Council. It oversees the management of three of the city’s most important museums: the Picasso Birthplace Museum, the Centre Pompidou, and the Russian Museum Collection from St. Petersburg.
EULEN Art atiende la prestación del Servicio de Gestión del Visitante y Equipamientos en estos tres museos dependientes de la Agencia desde 1917. Dichos servicios incluyen la venta de entradas (e-ticketing y taquilla física), la acogida, recepción y atención de los visitantes, los servicios de audioguías, de control e información;, el servicio de gestión con empresas turísticas, la coordinación y control de públicos, equipos y salas, la confección y redacción de manuales y protocolos para la gestión de la información y la coordinación con otros servicios municipales de Cultura y Turismo dependientes de la Agencia.
To deliver these services, EULEN Art has a team of 85 professionals with backgrounds in Art History, Fine Arts, Humanities, and/or Tourism. The team is composed of a Service Manager, four Coordinators, one Control Officer, one Mediation Officer, and 78 Visitor Assistants.
