These general conditions regulate access to and use of the various contents and services included in or accessible through the website developed by the companies of the EULEN GROUP (hereinafter, the EULEN GROUP), located at www.eulen.com (hereinafter, the Website).

3. Users

Use of the Website and any of its services grants the user the status of user and the unreserved acceptance of each and every one of these general conditions, as well as any other specific conditions that, where applicable, govern the use of the Website or the services linked to it.
If the user decides not to accept these conditions in whole or in part, they must refrain from accessing the website and using its contents or services.

4. Services offered

The EULEN GROUP offers the following services through the website:
1. Information about the EULEN GROUP, its services, products, and facilities.
2. Information about the sectors in which the EULEN GROUP companies operate.
3. Summary of news of interest.
4. Job offers.
5. Training offers.
6. Possibility of contacting Group companies to request information, make suggestions, or submit a job application.
7. Provision of a catalog of products and services under special conditions for site users who meet the conditions detailed for each of the products or services offered.

The EULEN GROUP reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expand the services provided without prior notice.

Unless otherwise indicated, the services offered by the EULEN GROUP through this website are free of charge. However, the EULEN GROUP may, at its sole discretion, cease providing all or part of the services free of charge and, from the moment it makes such a decision, require a price or compensation.

To be liable for any damages that GRUPO EULEN, its employees, suppliers, clients, other users, and third parties in general may suffer as a result of non-compliance with these conditions or the specific conditions applicable to the services linked to the website, and to hold GRUPO EULEN, its employees, clients, and suppliers harmless from any claim, demand, or sanction that may be made or imposed as a direct or indirect consequence of said non-compliance.

6. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The user expressly acknowledges and accepts the ownership of the EULEN GROUP companies over the intellectual and industrial property rights of the website and its components.

By way of example only, such ownership includes: the website itself, screens, the information and materials included therein, the structure, selection, arrangement, and presentation of its contents, computer programs, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, computer programs (“Software”), databases, technology, computer equipment, know-how, trademarks, distinctive signs, logos, domain names, and, in general, any type of creation or material accessible through the website.

All notifications and communications from the User to Grupo EULEN will be considered effective, for all purposes, when sent in one of the following ways:

Sending by email to the address: dcomercial@eulen.com.

In this sense, all notifications sent by GRUPO EULEN to the User will be considered validly sent if they are made using the information provided by the User and via email or postal mail. For these purposes, the User declares that all information provided is true and correct, and undertakes to notify GRUPO EULEN of any changes to the notification information.

8. Warranties and Liabilities

The EULEN GROUP makes every effort to guarantee the availability and continuity of the Website and its associated services. However, the EULEN GROUP cannot guarantee that the Website and its associated services will function correctly at all times, or that the user can access and use them quickly, uninterruptedly, and error-free. Likewise, the EULEN GROUP makes no guarantee regarding the suitability and content of the Website or any of its associated services to meet the user’s specific needs.

10. Knowledge of Unlawful Conduct

If any User or third party considers that there are facts or circumstances that reveal the unlawful nature of the use of any activity on the Web pages included in the EULEN Group, which could constitute a violation of intellectual or industrial property rights or other rights, they are obligated to send a notification to the contact details listed in section “7. Notifications” containing the following information:

11. Jurisdiction

Expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, the EULEN GROUP companies and website users submit any dispute that may arise or arise to the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s place of residence, provided they are a natural person residing in Spain, and to those of Madrid City in any other case.
