Visitor Services and Facilities Management
The Public Agency for the Management of the Birthplace of Pablo Ruiz Picasso and other museum and cultural facilities in Málaga is a public body under the Málaga City Council. It oversees the management of three of the city’s most important museums: the Picasso Birthplace Museum, the Centre Pompidou, and the Russian Museum Collection from St. Petersburg.
EULEN Art is responsible for providing Visitor Services and Facilities Management at these three museums managed by the Agency. These services include ticket sales (both e-ticketing and on-site), welcoming and assisting visitors, providing audioguide services, information and control desks, liaison with tourism companies, coordination and supervision of public access, staff and exhibition rooms, as well as the creation and drafting of manuals and protocols for information management and coordination with other cultural and tourism services under the Agency’s umbrella.
To deliver these services, EULEN Art has a team of 85 professionals with backgrounds in Art History, Fine Arts, Humanities, and/or Tourism. The team is composed of a Service Manager, four Coordinators, one Control Officer, one Mediation Officer, and 78 Visitor Assistants.
